“Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:”

YOUR NEXT LEVEL MAY REQUIRE YOUR OBEDIENCE!

Abram's journey of faith began with an instruction. God called him to leave familiar surroundings and travel towards a land that would be shown to him. Abram did not receive every detail of the journey before taking the first step. He had to trust the One who called him.

This teaches us an important principle about divine advancement: sometimes, the next stage of your journey begins with obedience to an instruction you already understand.

You may be waiting for everything to become convenient before taking action. You may want complete certainty before accepting responsibility. Yet there are moments when progress requires you to trust God and obey His Word.

Obedience does not mean abandoning wisdom or acting recklessly. It means placing God's instructions above personal preference.

If God is calling you to forgive, forgive. If His Word requires you to correct a habit, make the change. If you need to fulfil a responsibility, stop postponing it.

Do not pray for advancement while deliberately ignoring the instructions that should guide your life.

Like Abram, be willing to respond when God calls. Your obedience may open the way to a new chapter of growth and purpose.

You cannot consistently disobey God's instructions and expect to walk fully in the benefits of His direction.

Father, give me a heart that is willing to obey You. Remove every attitude of stubbornness and hesitation. Help me recognise Your instructions and respond with faith, wisdom and courage. Deliver me from the fear of change and the comfort that keeps me stagnant. In Jesus' name. Amen.
