π₯ ATTENTION IS A FORM OF INVESTMENT
Whatever you repeatedly feed tends to become stronger.
Feed your knowledge, and you grow in understanding.
Feed your faith, and it becomes stronger.
Feed a good habit through consistent practice, and it gradually becomes part of your life.
But the same principle applies to unhealthy things.
What you repeatedly entertain in your mind can shape your thinking. What you continually give your time to can eventually influence your direction.
That is why your attention matters.
Every day, you are investing in something. The question is: what are you feeding?
If you want to become wiser, feed your mind with learning.
If you want stronger relationships, invest time and care.
If you want to grow spiritually, spend time with God’s Word and in prayer.
Growth rarely happens by accident. What receives consistent attention often receives the opportunity to grow.
So today, take responsibility for your attention.
Don’t only remove what is unhelpful. Deliberately feed what you want to become stronger.
