What are God’s Guidelines for a Glorious Home?

1. Family should be a place of Love and Honour (Eph 5:25)

*Any husband who refuses to show love will always find things difficult at home (1 Cor 13:4-7)

*Disrespecting your husband is a call for undue pressure. (1 Cor 11:3)

2. Family should be a place of Discipline and Instruction. (Prov 22:6)

*Parents are saddled with responsibilities of training the children. Failure to do so incurs God’s wrath (Eph 6:4)

*Children MUST listen and obey instructions. Any child who dishonour his/her parent calls for a very short life span (Eph 6:1-2, Ex 20:12, Deut 5:16)
